This taikai is actually the first ever kendo invitational tournament
for those who are Chinese and living in Mainland China. 2 teams were
sent from the following cities: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Macau
and Hong Kong.
Apologies for the poor lighting as it is usually the case of these sport
stadiums in Hong Kong. (and the photos aren't that good..) Also that
I was not fighting due to work, and therefore had the time to take pictures.
This was the kendo kata enbu at the opening ceremony, performed by Eda
Chen-sensei (uchidachi) and Leung-sensei (shidachi).
