As this day is the last available kendo day, everyone is here for the
end-of-year party. I heard it is Wakaba Kendo Club's feature to host
balloon parties.
Rule of the game:
Tie a balloon on your men-gane and pop the balloons of the other team.
You get out of the game when yours is popped. Simple?
