This is the first week after I returned from the UK to Hong Kong. My
bogu bag was falling apart and I haven't get a new one yet...
Instead of sitting at home nursing jet-lag, I went to the local aikido
dojo (where I only showed up once or twice every year!!) with my camera.
My father and my younger brother regularly practice there, so it is
not difficult to get permission for photo-taking.
Here, a sempai demonstrating a new technique for the juniors.
