This is a seminar held every half a year (Nov/ Apr) in Holland. I missed the last one and was supposed to get my 6th kyu. Anyway here I am.

The photos I have here were from the Sunday grading (6th - 2nd kyu). The day before we (the 6th - 5th kyu group) spent hours doing kihon: kamae, suburi (2 hrs straight),and then uchi-kaeshi, shikake-oji (another 2 hrs straight). The others were on armour doing their kihon at a more advanced level.

Being able to arrange your equipment in a proper manner is extremely important. (You can fail if you can't...)
